Lions CAC Playoff Run Cut Short by Spartans
April 18, 2015Middletown Pa. – The Penn State Harrisburg men’s tennis team could not have finished their regular season in better fashion. The used a four game win streak that peaked with a 5-4 win over York College to give them the #4 seed in the Capital Athletic Conference playoffs. It also set up a rematch on the Lions home court with the #5 Spartans on Saturday April 18th. -
Penn State Harrisburg Tennis Ready for CAC Playoffs
April 17, 2015Middletown, Pa. – Penn State Harrisburg has been on a tear as of late. Winners of four straight, including three key conference victories, helped secure the Lions spot in the Capital Athletic Conference playoffs. After finishing last season with a final record of 6-11 and missing out on the postseason, the Blue and White have been able to turn things around and make a run in the last couple weeks of their 2014-2015 campaign.

April 06, 2015The Penn State Harrisburg men's tennis team put in a strong performance Monday April 6th against the Frostburg State Bobcats. After going down 2-1 in double's, the Lions fought back and swept every single's match to earn their second Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) win of the Spring.

Penn State Harrisburg Tennis Stumbles at Christopher Newport
March 28, 2015Newport News, Va. – Penn State Harrisburg Men’s and Women’s tennis traveled to Virginia to take on the Captains of Christopher Newport Saturday March 28th. Both teams for Christopher Newport were undefeated in conference play heading into Saturday’s matchup, and undefeated they stayed as they handled the Lions 9-0 in their respected matches.

March 23, 2015The Penn State Harrisburg men's tennis team bounced back from their tough loss on Saturday to Mary Washington by shooting down the St. Mary's Seahawks in a 6-3 victory on Sunday March 22nd.

Penn State Harrisburg Falls to Mary Washington in Spring Opener
March 22, 2015Middletown, Pa. – After finishing the fall portion of their 2014-2015 season, Penn State Harrisburg hit the court Saturday March 21st, in hopes to start conference play off with a win over Mary Washington. The long winter seemed to take a toll on the Lions as they were shut out by the Eagles 9-0.

Men's Tennis Spring 2015 Season Preview
March 04, 2015Penn State Harrisburg, who started their fall season off at 2-2, is excited to begin the spring portion of their 2014-2015 campaign. The Lions boast 5 freshmen on their roster this year including Jonny Xue, who started at the number one spot in the fall. The only way to go is up for this young team, the Lions went 0-6 last year in their first year in the grueling Capital Athletic Conference (CAC). The Blue and White will begin their spring season at home March 21st when they welcome Mary Washington to town.

October 04, 2014The Harriburg men's tennis team brought their fall season to a close on Saturday with an impressive 9-0 shutout over CAC opponent Susquehanna. The blue and white nearly shut out the visiting crusaders giving up a mere two points in the doubles and singles matches combined.
