Middletown Pa. – The Penn State Harrisburg men’s tennis team could not have finished their regular season in better fashion. The used a four game win streak that peaked with a 5-4 win over York College to give them the #4 seed in the Capital Athletic Conference playoffs. It also set up a rematch on the Lions home court with the #5 Spartans on Saturday April 18th.

Newport News, Va. – Penn State Harrisburg Men’s and Women’s tennis traveled to Virginia to take on the Captains of Christopher Newport Saturday March 28th. Both teams for Christopher Newport were undefeated in conference play heading into Saturday’s matchup, and undefeated they stayed as they handled the Lions 9-0 in their respected matches.
The Penn State Harrisburg men's tennis team bounced back from their tough loss on Saturday to Mary Washington by shooting down the St. Mary's Seahawks in a 6-3 victory on Sunday March 22nd.

Penn State Harrisburg, who started their fall season off at 2-2, is excited to begin the spring portion of their 2014-2015 campaign. The Lions boast 5 freshmen on their roster this year including Jonny Xue, who started at the number one spot in the fall. The only way to go is up for this young team, the Lions went 0-6 last year in their first year in the grueling Capital Athletic Conference (CAC). The Blue and White will begin their spring season at home March 21st when they welcome Mary Washington to town.
The Harriburg men's tennis team brought their fall season to a close on Saturday with an impressive 9-0 shutout over CAC opponent Susquehanna. The blue and white nearly shut out the visiting crusaders giving up a mere two points in the doubles and singles matches combined.
