Penn State Harrisburg Comes Up Short

Penn State Harrisburg came up a little short when they took on Juniata on Thursday April 2nd.

In singles action, the Lions were able to take two of the six matches on the day. Leading the way for the Lions were, Mahesh Subramanian (Dayton, NJ/ South Brunswich) and Brandon Wolf (Abingdon, Md/ Patterson Mill). Subramanian won at #5 singles winning by a score of 6-0 and 6-1. Wolf also won his match putting up scores of 6-2 and 6-2.

In doubles action, the Lions were able to take one of the three matches. Leading the Lions was the doubles team of James Moore (Lewisburg, Pa/ Lewisburg Area) and Johnny Xue (Blue Hill, Maine/ George Stevens Academic). Moore and Xue ran away with the match for the Lions winning by a score of 8-1. 

The Lions will take a day off before Frostburg State comes to town this upcoming Saturday, April 4th starting at 12 p.m.
