  • Penn State Harrisburg Announces 2015-2016 CAC All-Academic Team

    Middletown, Pa. - Penn State Harrisburg is pleased to announce the 2015-2016 Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) All-Academic Team. The Lion athletic teams had 89 men and women earn the honor to be on the All-Academic team this year. To make the team, athletes must receive a 3.2 GPA over the course of the entire year.

  • Harrisburg Falls to the Spartans in Final Season Match

    Middletown, Pa.- The Penn State Harrisburg men’s tennis team finished out their regular season on Tuesday April 12th against the visiting York (Pa.) Spartans. The Lion’s also celebrated the tennis career of senior Tyler Cook who finished his career with a win during his singles match. As a team, Harrisburg fell 7-2.

    Middletown, Pa.- The Penn State Harrisburg men’s and women’s tennis teams hosted fellow Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) opponent Southern Virginia over the weekend. The men fell 9-0 and the women fell 8-1.

    Middletown, Pa.- The Penn State Harrisburg men?s and women?s tennis teams hosted Salisbury for their fourth conference matchup of the season. Both teams fell to the visitors on Saturday afternoon, with the men losing 8-1 and the women 9-0.

    Fredericksburg, Va.- Over the weekend the Penn State Harrisburg men’s and women’s tennis teams traveled to Mary Washington to take on the Eagles. The women fell 9-0, while the men also lost 6-0.

    Middletown, Pa.- The Penn State Harrisburg men’s tennis team opened up their 2016 season against Lancaster Bible College on Thursday March 17th. The men swept the Charger’s in both doubles and singles, 9-0.

    Mary Washington was once again the unanimous choice to sit atop the CAC this spring in a preseason vote among the conference men's tennis coaches. The Eagles, who are seeking their 17th straight CAC crown this season, received seven first-place votes and 49 points to land atop the poll.

    Middletown, Pa.- Last week the Penn State Harrisburg men’s tennis team had a difficult match at Goucher. Yesterday afternoon the men came out strong and showed they were ready to play against Alvernia. Harrisburg swept the Crusader’s in doubles and only lost one match in single, making the final score 8-1.

    Middletown, Pa.- The Penn State Harrisburg men’s and women’s tennis teams beat Stevenson at home. The home team dominated in both of their doubles and singles matches. The men’s team won 6-3 while the women won 8-1.
