Middletown, PA – The Penn State Harrisburg men’s basketball team fought through the wintery conditions to play its final game against the Christopher Newport Captains Saturday February 21st. Seniors Alberto De Los Santos (East Pennsboro, Pa. / East Pennsboro) and Joey Farthing (Lancaster, Pa. / Hempfield) both had strong performances in what was the final game of their collegiate careers.
The Lions came into their game on Wednesday February 18th against the Wesley Wolverines knowing their post season hopes were out of reach. That would not stop Penn State Harrisburg from putting together one of their best home performances of the season.

The Lions Tariq Bennett (Philadelphia, Pa. / Milton Hershey School) produced his season high, but the Blue and White fell just a tad short losing to the Knights 68-64.

The Bobcats came into the contest today two games ahead of the Lions and tied for the sixth and final playoff spot in the Capital Athletic Conference (CAC).

The Lions had the game within 10 points with just over six minutes to play, but could not keep the Crusader's off the glass or missing from outside enough and eventually suffered a 76-62 loss.
