Penn State Harrisburg Faces Difficult Test on Road

Penn State Harrisburg Women's tennis team traveled to take on the Salisbury Seagulls on Sunday March 29th.  The Lions were unable to find an answer for the Seagulls falling to them 9-0.

The Lions fought hard during the whole match but were unable to claim any individual wins from the Seagulls. Senior Stephanie Harnden (Hershey, PA / Hershey) put up a fight, but still lost her singles matches 6-2 and 6-1.  She also push backed some in doubles alongside her partner Hilary Mataure (Brisbane, Australia / Clayfield) going down swinging 8-2.

The Lions will take a day off before getting back on the court taking on Juniata College on Tuesday March 31st starting at 4 p.m.
