Men's Golf Opens Spring Competition at McDaniel Invitational

ABBOTTSTOWN, Pa. - Penn State Harrisburg's men's golf team opened the spring portion of its 2023-24 campaign at the McDaniel Spring Invitational at the Bridges Golf Club on Sunday afternoon, March 24. 

 

As a group, the Lions earned a share of eighth place out of 18 competing programs with a team score of 321, while Jacob Lotz was Penn State Harrisburg's top finisher in 17th place out of 92 total competitors thanks to an effort of +6 (78).  

 

Matthew Redman and Ian Martin each earned a share of 30th overall behind an effort of +7 (79), while Gavin Fegley carded a +13 (85) to secure a 64th-place finish. Laksmana Ramroop rounded out the Penn State Harrisburg contingency in 89th place with a score of +24 (96).

 

The Lions will return to action at the Penn State Division III Challenge in State College, Pa. on Friday, March 29.
