Miller Leads Penn State Harrisburg at Raptor Invitational

Pennsauken, NJ- Sophomore Keith Miller shot four over par this afternoon to lead Penn State Harrisburg at the Rutgers Camden Scarlet Raptor Spring Invitational. The Lion's placed second as a team and had three individuals place in the top five.

The Lion's carded a 306 team score, as they finished only seven strokes behind Rutgers Camden in the 12-team event. Miller led for the Lion's with a third place finish and a score of 74. Only one stroke behind was Chris Spittle (Tower City, Pa, . Williams Valley), who finished the day five over par and in fourth place. Tyler Massar (Lebanon, Pa. / Palmyra Area) rounded out the top five spots at eight over par. The invitational was held at the Par 70, 6,250-yard Pennsauken Country Club. The home team took the top spot, followed by Harrisburg and Widener in third place.  
 

Penn State Harrisburg will travel to Christopher Newport on Friday April 15th for the Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) Championships. The tournament will take place over three days.
