Abbottstown, Pa.- Penn State Harrisburg finished eighth out of eleven teams over the weekend at the McDaniel Spring Invitational held at the Bridges Golf Course.
Leading the way for the Lion's was Tyler Shank (Palmyra, Pa. / Palmyra Area) who finished the day +15 which was good enough to tie for 27th place. Teammate Keith Miller (Pittsburgh, Pa. / Thomas Jefferson) was close behind with a +19 finish. Miller finished the tournament tied in 40th place. Rounding out the top finishes for the Lion's was Chris Spittle (Tower City, Pa. / Williams Valley) who finished +23, in 46th place.
The Lions finished as a team in eighth place, with Gettysburg, St. John Fisher, and Washington and Jefferson rounding out the top three. Harrisburg will travel to Lebanon Valley on Monday March 28th for the LVC Invitational.
