Alma Mater- East Stroudsburg
- With humble beginnings from Myerstown, Pa, Amanda Rutt has had her share of tennis both through coaching and playing. Rutt began playing at age 13. While attending Eastern Lebanon County High School, she was a four year letter winner.
- Amanda went on to play for East Stroudsburg, where she was once again a four year letter winner as well as co-captain for two years.
- Mandie, as her players often refer to her as, currently lives in Hershey, Pa. She has been teaching tennis for eight years and is currently in her third season at Penn State Harrisburg. She received her certification from the United States Professional Tennis Association and currently teaches at the Camp Hill Tennis Club.
- During her summers, Rutt is the assistant pro at the Hershey County Club. When she is not on the tennis court, you can find Amanda hiking, riding her mountain bike, or traveling.
