MIDDLETOWN, PA - Penn State Harrisburg women´s tennis team won the 2008-09 North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) regular season championship and the 2008-09 NEAC team tournament championship, each was the first team championship in school history. Additional, Becky Cecere, received the Conference Coach of the Year honors, also a school first.

Maya Davis (Bladensburg/Washington D.C) and Sammi Hall (Lampeter-Strasburg/Lancaster, PA) were named to the all conference first team winning the singles number four and six flights, respectively. The doubles team of Maya Davis and Alexa Watach (Susquenita/Duncannon, PA) were named to the all conference first team winning the doubles number two flight. Lauren Hall (Susquenita/Duncannon, PA) and Alexa Watach were named to the all conference second team placing second in flight one and three, respectively. The doubles teams of Lauren Hall and Jessica Kamp (Hamburg/Harrisburg, PA) and the team of Jessica Karl (Central Dauphin East/Harrisburg, PA) and Caitlin Royer (Donegal/Mount Joy, PA) were name to the all conference second team in flight one and three, respectively. Finally, Jessica Karl was named to the third team all conference in flight five singles.
