Women's Soccer Rises to Sixth In USC Regional Rankings

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Penn State Harrisburg's women's soccer team continues to climb in the latest United Soccer Coaches (USC) Regional Rankings.

 

The Lions (8-3-3, 3-0 United East) continue to be ranked for the sixth week in the row. Penn State Harrisburg improved one spot in the latest rankings and now sits at No. 6 in the USC's Region IV following a 2-0 record last week that included a pair of shutout victories over Arcadia on Tuesday night and Muhlenberg on Saturday afternoon.

TCNJ now sits atop the region's rankings, while Montclair State dropped one spot to the runner-up position. Misericordia, NYU, and Rowan held steady in the third, fourth, and fifth positions, respectively, while Stockton dropped one spot to seventh. The Lions' United East rival Penn State Berks reappeared in the rankings at No. 8 this week.

 

Penn State Harrisburg hosts another conference rival in Lancaster Bible for a key United East contest on Wednesday night.
