Harrisburg, Pa. – The Penn State Harrisburg Women's Soccer team picked up its third straight win defeating Immaculata University. The Lions Kaeleigh Smedley and Madison Hemler scored first half goals to get the Lions out an early lead. Rhyan Socash would add a goal early in the second half putting the game out of reach.

How It Happened:
The Lions offense struck in the 13th minute. Rhyan Socash would play a through ball to Kaeleigh Smedley who would slip a shot past the goalie to give the Lions a 1-0 lead. Harrisburg's offense would quickly add another goal when Romina Dichio would draw a foul in the box resulting in a penalty shot. Madison Hemler would step and burry the shot for the second straight game, giving the Lions a 2-0 advantage. With the early lead, Head Coach Adam Clay would use the opportunity to get some players experience playing 27 different players.
The Lions would reinsert the starters to begin the second half, leading to a goal in the 52nd minute. Hemler would gather a loose ball near midfield and sent into the box toward Socash. She would head the ball past a defender and then burry a shot in the back of the net for her first career goal.
