Middletown, Pa. - The Penn State Harrisburg women's soccer team hosted their second annual alumni game on Saturday April 8th. After the Alumni won the inaugural event in 2016, the Lions squad was able to even up the series with a 3-1 win. Overall it was a great atmosphere and everyone spent time together following the game at the team tailgate. Next year should be even bigger and better.
The Penn State Harrisburg women's soccer team and coaching staff will be holding their annual Spring ID clinic on Saturday April 22nd from 1:00-4:00 pm. Their is also an optional campus tour and lunch offered prior to the clinic for those who are interested in attending.
Middletown Pa. - On Saturday April 8th, Penn State Harrisburg is hosting an open house on campus. In addition to the program provided through admissions, the women's soccer team will be offering private tours and lunch for interested athletes. The Penn State Harrisburg women's soccer team hosted their annual team banquet on Sunday January 22nd. As usual the parents and team supporters did a great job with the food and set up, which made this years event extra special. A total of just under 100 people filled the Student Services Center of the Capital Union Building, which included the team, coaches, parents, family and friends of the program.
Penn State Harrisburg Assistant coach, Rudy Grubesky, was named the Girl’s East Region Coach of the Year by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) and was presented with this prestigious award on January 12, 2017 at the NSCAA annual convention in Los Angeles for his coaching at the Dillsburg Area and Hershey Soccer Clubs.

Penn State Harrisburg was represented on the All-CAC squad by sophomore Kristen Stark, who nabbed second-team honors. Stark was a first-team pick and the Rookie of the Year in 2015.
Fredericksburg, Va.- The Penn State Harrisburg women’s soccer team traveled to Mary Washington on Tuesday October 25th for the final match of the regular season. Harrisburg grabbed an early lead against the Eagles but struggled to get back on the score board for the remainder of the game. Mary Washington went on to win 4-1.
Middletown, Pa.- The Penn State Harrisburg women’s soccer team battled against the 15th-ranked Christopher Newport Captains on Saturday October 22nd. The Lion’s held the visitors throughout the first half while creating several quality offensive opportunities. Newport scored the only goal of the game in the second half to secure a 1-0 win over Harrisburg.
Arlington, Va.- The Penn State Harrisburg women's soccer team struggled on the road on Saturday October 15th as they faced the Marymount Saints. Kristen Stark scored the Lions only goal of the match before the home team scored two second half goals to put Harrisburg away.

Buena Vista, Va.- The Penn State Harrisburg women's soccer team cruised past Southern Virginia on Saturday October 1st for their first conference win of the year. Kristen Stark led for the Blue and White with two goals while Kayla Arnold dominated in goal with three huge saves
This afternoon the Penn State Harrisburg women’s soccer team opened up conference play against St. Mary’s. The visitors dominated the first half, scoring three goals in less than 12 minutes. The visitors went on to win 4-0.

HIGHSPIRE — A bunch of Penn State Harrisburg students were caught in the act of doing good on Friday, Sept. 16. Members of both the men’s and women’s soccer teams descended upon the house of Jennifer Miller in the 400 block of Eshelman Street in Highspire, to help Jennifer’s mother Dixie Hoover move into an apartment at the Village of Pineford in Middletown.

Harrisburg's freshman goalkeeper Daniella Marroquin earned her first collegiate shut out with the help of a hard fighting defensive effort on way to an exciting 1-0 win.

Unfortunately, despite a nice Harrisburg team effort and a second half full of chances, Susquehanna’s early 1-0 lead was enough to take home the lead.
Bethlehem, Pa.- The Penn State Harrisburg women’s soccer team faced a tough test this afternoon against non conference opponent Moravian. The Greyhounds had a strong first half, jumping out to an early 2-0 lead. The Lion’s were able to finish a free kick in the second half but Moravian held on to their first half lead, winning 3-1.

After going down in the final minute of the first half, the Lions battled back to even before claiming their first win of the year in exciting fashion with a game winner in double overtime.
YORK – With three straight regular season titles under its belt, Christopher Newport was again selected as the CAC women's soccer favorite entering the 2016 season. The Captains secured seven first-place votes and tallied 78 points to earn the top spot in a vote among the conference head coaches.
