Two Lady Lion´s Honored by NEAC

MIDDLETOWN, PA - Penn State Harrisburg´s Megan Frailey(Middletown, PA/Middletown) and Lauren Hall (Duncannon, PA/Susquenita) were selected as The North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) student-athlete of the week selections for week ending Sunday, September 20, 2009 in the women´s soccer and women´s tennis.

Megan Frailey, a freshman forward, scored two goals in the victory against Wells College on Saturday. She tied up the game only 28 seconds after Wells took an early lead and then went on score just five minutes later, which proved to be the game-winner.

Lauren Hall was nominated for her steady play at the #1 position on both singles and doubles. Hall went 2-0 in singles matches (6-4, 0-6, 6-3/ 7-5, 1-retired), maintaining her undefeated season while finishing 1-1in her doubles matches (8-6/ 1-8). Hall is a sophomore for the Penn State Harrisburg Nittany Lions whose team finished the week 1-1.
