Vennochi Leads for Harrisburg at NCAA Regional Championship
November 13, 2016Center Valley, Pa.- The Penn State Harrisburg men’s and women’s cross country teams travelled to DeSales University on Saturday November 11th for the NCAA Mideast Regional Championship. Several runners had strong finishes to the end of the fall season on both the men’s and women’s side. -

October 27, 2016The 2016 CAC Men's Cross Country Championship meet will be hosted by Penn State Harrisburg this Saturday at the Hershey Entertainment Complex in Hershey, Pa. Race time for men's 8k is set for 11 a.m., followed by the women's 6k at noon.

Mundis Finishes on Top at DeSales Invitational
October 08, 2016Center Valley, Pa.- The Penn State Harrisburg men’s and women’s cross country teams traveled to DeSales on Saturday October 8th for the DeSales Invitational. Overall the men placed 26th out of 38 teams while the women finished 30th out of a total of 35 teams.

MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY PRESEASON POLL
September 02, 2016YORK, Pa. - - After finishing second in the first two years as members of the conference, Christopher Newport broke through in 2015, placing five runners among the top 12 in the championship race to capture its first CAC Men’s Cross Country Championship. With seven all-conference performers back in the fold this fall, it’s no surprise that the Captains were the unanimous pick to repeat in a vote among conference head coaches.
