Men's Tennis Slowed by York (Pa.)

MIDDLETOWN, Pa. – Penn State Harrisburg's men's tennis team played host at the Hoverter Tennis Complex for the second day in a row, falling to Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) opponent York (Pa.) on Thursday afternoon, March 28.

The Blue & White (7-6) were unable to pick up a win in doubles play, despite strong efforts from top duo Sachin Venkatesh and Isaac George and No. 2 pairing Hyun Jun Kwon and Austin Stehman.

Kwon and George used the momentum of their doubles efforts to come away with singles victories, with Kwon going over Joel Hess 6-3, 6-3 in the No. 2 matchup and George coming away with a 6-1, 6-0 win in the No. 3 contest.

The Lions will look to bounce back when they head south for a match with CAC foe Salisbury on Sunday morning, March 31.
