MIDDLETOWN, Pa. - Penn State Harrisburg men's soccer head coach Anthony Gehman has announced the program's incoming class for the 2023 season. The dynamic group is comprised of 17 players who will join a collection of experienced returners from a squad coming off back-to-back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances, three consecutive conference championships, and 40 wins over the past three seasons.

Hossam Aly
Position: Goalkeeper
Hometown/Previous School: Harrisburg, Pa. / Slippery Rock University
Coach Gehman: Hossam is an experienced goalkeeper with a ton of great leadership qualities. He has been in the college game for four years at Slippery Rock and will arrive to us as a graduate transfer. His wealth of experience will help us tremendously between the posts this year.
Zachary Cabiling
Position: Defender
Hometown/Previous School: Auckland, New Zealand / Ellerslie AFC
Coach Gehman: Zachary played for Ellerslie AFC in New Zealand while attending the University of Auckland. Zachary is a very talented international player and we are very excited to welcome him to the program.
Jaedan Englebright
Position: Forward/Defender
Hometown/Previous School: Mechanicsburg, Pa. / Cumberland Valley
Coach Gehman: Jaedan is local product from Mid-Penn powerhouse Cumberland Valley. Jaedan is a pure athlete and has proven to be one of the best players in the Central PA region. He is versatile and can play anywhere on the pitch. We are excited for him to join us.
Ivan Fombu
Position: Defender
Hometown/Previous School: Hummelstown, Pa. / Lower Dauphin
Coach Gehman: Ivan will join his brother, Daniel, here at Penn State Harrisburg this fall. The ceiling for Ivan is off the charts as he has the tools to become an elite Division III defender.
Liam Gohn
Position: Forward
Hometown/Previous School: Spring Grove, Pa. / Loyola University (Md.)
Coach Gehman: Liam is a pure competitor, one of the hardest working players I've ever seen. He brings Division I experience and athleticism. His ability to hold up play and run behind defenses is pretty special.
Marcus Goodley
Position: Goalkeeper
Hometown/Previous School: Forestville, Md. / Saint Joseph's University
Coach Gehman: Marcus is a highly-touted player coming out of high school. He found himself winning the Dallas Cup, with his club team, Future Monarchs, being ranked as one of the best teams in the country. Marcus has Division I experience and a lot of great winning history that will make him a force for us between the posts.
Cole Isaacs
Position: Defender
Hometown/Previous School: Weddington, N.C. / Randolph-Macon
Coach Gehman: Cole is a pure athlete and winner with great individual character. He is tenacious and relentless in his tackling. He comes to us from an outstanding ODAC program where he started in the backline. We are excited for the energy this young man will bring to our squad.
Daniel Jebri
Position: Defender/Midfielder
Hometown/Previous School: Modesto, Calif. / Chaminade University
Coach Gehman: Daniel is a silky central midfielder who has the frame to play center back as well. He will be an impact player right away and we are excited for him to arrive.
Shayon Kashi
Position: Goalkeeper
Hometown/Previous School: Bethesda, Md. / IMG Academy
Coach Gehman: Shayon is coming to us as a true freshman from IMG Academy. Shayon stood between the posts of an IMG squad that went undefeated in 2023. He has a huge frame and a high ceiling. We are pumped to have him join us this year.
Jaden Longdon
Position: Forward
Hometown/Previous School: East Stroudsburg, Pa. / Rochester Institute of Technology
Coach Gehman: Jaden is a born leader and fantastic academic student. This guy is special on the ball and has been one of the most talented players in Division III the past two years, earning all-region nods at RIT. We are so excited to welcome Jaden home to our program.
James Manns
Position: Winger
Hometown/Previous School: Sacramento, Calif. / Longwood University
Coach Gehman: James is the definition of pace. This guy is smooth on the ball and dangerous in the box. He brings two years of experience at the Division I level and we are very excited for James to arrive on campus and make a huge impact on our squad.
Sam Myers
Position: Midfielder
Hometown/Previous School: Millerstown, Pa. / Greenwood / CASA
Coach Gehman: Sam has unbelievable character and happens to possess a tool box full of speed, technical ability, and a unique desire to win. He will join his brother, Luke, in the midfield and it will be a force we are excited to see.
Collin O'Hara
Position: Defender
Hometown/Previous School: Bucks County, Pa. / Central Bucks South / Matchfit Academy ECNL
Coach Gehman: Collin is the definition of energy. We were able to give Collin a spot based off his performance at one of our ID Clinics. His work ethic and energy is something to get really excited about.
Aiden O'Sullivan
Position: Center Midfielder
Hometown/Previous School: Hershey, Pa. / Philadelphia Union Academy
Coach Gehman: Aiden took a gap year after high school to stay on with the Philly Union Academy. He is college ready and has played at the highest level youth soccer has to offer. We are excited to see his impact.
Alden Reeves
Position: Defender
Hometown/Previous School: Wheat Ridge, Colo. / Denver B-Elite Academy ECNL
Coach Gehman: Alden is one of the strongest high school players I've ever seen. He is a scary defender and college ready. We are excited for him to make the trip to Pennsylvania and get started with us.
Tyler Shearin
Position: Goalkeeper
Hometown/Previous School: Wake Forest, N.C. / Eastern University
Coach Gehman: Tyler is an absolute rockstar, incredible human being who will add a ton of value to our squad this year. He has a long history of success in the high school and club ranks, as well as a trainee with the USNYT in 2016 and we are so excited for Tyler to join us in between the posts this year.
Brayden Sunho
Position: Forward
Hometown/Previous School: Palmyra, Pa. / Palmyra / Eagle FC
Coach Gehman: Brayden is one of the best high school players in Central Pennsylvania. He was named PIAA Mid-Penn Player of the Year and First-Team All-State. He will score a ton of goals for our squad and I am excited to see what heights he will reach.
