MIDDLETOWN, Pa. – C.J. Foust (Palmyra, PA/Palmyra) has been named the Golf Student-Athlete of the Week by the North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) for the time period ending Sunday, Oct. 2.
The freshman's best outing of the week came on Sept. 29, at the Gettysburg College Invitational where he shot a team-best 75. His individual score was good enough to secure a share of second place overall. His performance also led Penn State Harrisburg to an overall team finish of second, the squad's best finish of the season.
Foust also shot a 78 at the Franklin & Marshall Invitational on Sept. 26, tying his teammate, Max Hrip (Mechanicsburg, PA/Cumberland Valley), for the Lions' best individual score.
