The Lions lost in a hard fought match against St. Mary's College of Maryland losing by a set score of 25-17, 25-19, and 25-23.

The Lions led by Senior libero Erin Goodyear (Boiling Springs, Pa/ Boiling Springs) and Junior middle hitter Kiara Carter (Bronx, N.Y,/ Milton Hershey) fought to a close 3-0 lose. Goodyear put in a strong performance in the back row as Carter led the blue and white offense at the net with 7 kills.

The Blue and White will next be in action when they travel to Frostburg State to face the bobcats on Wednesday October 15th at 7 p.m.
