The blue and white put up a strong effort through the first two sets versus a very tough Marymount team, but were unable to hold on as they lost the match in three sets.

Keeping it close during the first two sets the Blue and White lost in tight sets losing 25-21, and 25-21 before coming up short in the third and deciding game losing by a set score of 25-14. Leading the way for the lions where Kiara Carter (Bronx, NY/ Milton Hershey) and Erin Goodyear (Boiling Springs, Pa/ Boiling Springs) combined they totaled 4 kills and 16 digs on the night.

The Blue and White will be in action again Saturday October 11, when they face the Seahawks of St. Mary's (Md.) at 7 P.M.
