MIDDLETOWN, Pa. – Penn State Harrisburg used a crucial fourth-quarter run to complete a thrilling comeback and defeat Delaware Valley 76-69 in the championship game of the 2019 Pride – Spirit – Honor Tournament presented by Fairfield Inn & Suites at the Capital Union Building on Sunday afternoon, Nov. 24.
