MIDDLETOWN, Pa. - Penn State Harrisburg and SUNY IT entered Saturday's NEAC contest tied for 3rd place in the conference. The similar records were reflected on the court as neither team led by more than 6. Penn State Harrisburg won the high intensity conference matchup, 86-81. Daril Foose (Altoona, PA/Altoona) led all Lady Lions scorers with 19 points and 7 rebounds.

The teams exchanged baskets back and forth forcing 4 ties and 5 lead changes throughout the first half. The Lady Lions went on a 10-2 run gaining the 27-23 lead and forcing a Wildcat timeout. The Wildcats battled back to gain the 38-35 halftime advantage.

Lyndsey Brognano scored the Wildcats first 10 points of the half, shooting 5-for-9 from the field. Brognano finished with a game-high 24 points.

The Wildcats superior second half shooting effort was not enough to overcome the hard-hitting Lady Lion effort. Penn State Harrisburg outscored SUNY IT 51-43 in the second half to propel the Lady Lions to their fifth straight NEAC victory.

Penn State Harrisburg once again recorded multiple scorers in double digits. Amanda Moyer (Carlisle, PA/Cumberland Valley) came off the bench to notch 14 points and tie her career high.
