TEMPE, Ariz. - Penn State Harrisburg's men's and women's tennis programs, as well as 11 individual players, were honored by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) for their academic success during the 2021-22 campaign.

The women's squad recorded a 3.46 team GPA, while the men accumulated a 3.37 combined GPA. For the women, it is the program's eighth consecutive ITA All-Academic Team honor, while the most-recent accolade is the third in a row for the men.

Individually, women's players Samantha Bogush, Breanna DeSantis, Carissa Fallon, Cassandra Ginder, Isabella Pizzelanti, and Sarah Shaub earned ITA Scholar-Athlete recognition, as did men's players Tyr Abendschoen, Casey Detwiler, Caleb Fockens, Tyler Haubert, and Derwin Merca.
