MIDDLETOWN, Pa. – Penn State Harrisburg's men's soccer program will be hosting an alumni Zoom meeting on Wednesday night, June 24 at 7 p.m.
The men's soccer program is looking for input from former players as how to best integrate alumni and their experiences with the current team's players and coaching staff. All alumni looking to participate can join the meeting by using the links and password listed below.
The agenda will include the introduction of the program's current coaching staff, the introduction of all alumni participating in the meeting, head coach Daniel J. Krzyzanowicz sharing of ideas of how the coaching staff has discussed involving the alumni and finally, an alumni discussion and open forum portion designed to gather more information and suggestions from former players.
The men's soccer program values the contributions of its alumni and looks forward to having its former players share in future successes.
During its most-recent campaign, the men's soccer team won its first-ever NEAC Championship and secured its first NCAA Division III Men's Soccer Tournament berth. Shammah Gahomera became the first player in program history to earn all-region recognition after he was named the NEAC Defensive Player of the Year. Krzyzanowicz was voted the NEAC Coach of the Year by his peers, while Gahomera was joined by Joey Aman, Nick Guglielmetti, Jared Brewer, Luke Myers, Jacob Krantweiss and Mason Jones as all-conference honorees. Gahomera, Aman and Guglielmetti also earned ECAC All-Conference recognition, while Guglielmetti earned a share of the NCAA Statistical Championship for goalkeeper shutouts.
