LATHAM, N.Y. - A pair of Penn State Harrisburg women's volleyball players in Alyssa Snyder and Anna Ruff have earned United East All-Conference recognition, as announced by the conference on Wednesday morning.

Thanks to their strong 2022 campaigns, both Snyder and Ruff have been named to the United East All-Conference Second Team.

Snyder capped her career with a stellar senior season that saw her rack up 652 total assists and 8.58 assists per set. The Henrico, N.C. native added 32 service aces and 124 digs to go along with 28 total blocks and 41 kills from her setter position. She recorded a single-match career-high 48 assists in a win over Marywood earlier this fall and was named the United East Offensive Player of the Week in early October (10/3). She ended her career with more than 1,700 total assists.

Ruff wrapped up her career with an outstanding senior season that included expert play at the net both offensively and on the block. The Colorado Springs, Colo. native racked up 250 total kills on the year at a 2.69 kills-per-set clip. The team captain also tallied 57 total blocks to record 290.5 total points on the season. She recorded a single-match career-high 18 kills on two separate occasions during the fall and became just the fourth player in program history to surpass 500 kills for her career.
