Lister Named Conference Defensive Player of the Week

LATHAM, N.Y. - Penn State Harrisburg women's basketball player Ali Lister has been named the United East Volt Division Defensive Player of the Week.

 

For Lister, it is her second conference defensive player of the week accolade after earning the same moniker in late November.

 

Lister began the week with seven points, five rebounds, and three assists in a victory over Penn College on Wednesday night before racking up 16 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists, five steals, and four blocks in a win at Penn State Berks on Saturday afternoon. For the week, the junior averaged 12.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 6.5 assists, 2.5 steals, a two blocks per game.

 

The Lions (10-11, 7-1 United East) currently sit atop the United East Volt Division standings and return to action at Gallaudet on Tuesday night.
