MIDDLETOWN, Pa. – Penn State Harrisburg's women's basketball program will host its annual "LEARN 2 LEAD" summer camp for interested players beginning later this month.

Designed specifically for players entering grades 2-9 and overseen by head coach Ross Patrick, assistant coaches and a number of Penn State Harrisburg players, the camp will run from July 29 to August 1. Each day of camp will be in session from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

In the words of Coach Patrick, the camp is designed to teach participants about the importance of building relationships among teammates, coaches, parents, siblings and how those concepts positively influence life on and off the court. Instruction includes skill building and demonstrations, along with small group drills and instructional stations. Time will also be set aside for extra help and individual instruction. Classroom sessions that challenge campers to become better students, players, and siblings will also take place; all in hopes of molding a well-rounded basketball player and young person.

Lunch will be provided for all campers and is included in the price of admission. For more information, pricing options and to register for the camp, visit this link. Please direct any further questions to women's basketball head coach Ross Patrick at 717-948-6678 or rap32@psu.edu.
