GLENSIDE, Pa. - Penn State Harrisburg's women's soccer team jumped out to an early advantage and never looked back in a 2-0 shutout victory over regionally-ranked Arcadia on Wednesday night, Oct. 12.

It barely took five minutes for the Lions (8-3-3) to strike first, as Kylee Altland put her lone attempt of the night into the back of the net off a find from Mackenzie Mowery just 5:17 into the contest.

The hometown Knights (5-7-2) outshot Penn State Harrisburg, especially in the second half, but the visitors held firm and used strong play from goalkeeper Sydney Mulka to keep Arcadia off the board.

The Lions added an insurance goal and doubled their advantage midway through the second half when Serenity Hill converted an attempt off an assist from Olivia Inch in the game's 69th minute.
