KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Thanks to his efforts this spring, Penn State Harrisburg men's track & field hurdler Paul Netland III has earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Outdoor All-Region recognition.
Netland secured USTFCCCA Mid-Atlantic All-Region honors in the 110m hurdles. He is the first Penn State Harrisburg men's track & field athlete to earn outdoor all-region region accolades since 2019.
The top-five performers in each event from each region earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors, in addition to each of the members of top-three ranked relay teams.
Netland's top effort of 14.91 seconds in the event came at the Messiah Multi and Invitational in April. His time stands as the second-quickest mark in program history. The sophomore's effort ranks as the fifth-best time among Mid-Atlantic hurdlers this season.
