Golf Returns to Action at Stevenson Invitational

UPPERCO, Md. – Penn State Harrisburg's men's golf team returned to action at the Stevenson Invitational at Piney Branch Golf Club on Thursday, Oct. 12. As a group the Lions finished sixth out of nine competing teams.

 

Individually, it was Nick Fowler who turned in the lowest score of the day for the Lions, with his +7 (78) proving strong enough to earn him a share of 17th place overall out of 52 competing golfers. Gavin Fegley earned a share of 24th place thanks to shooting a +9 (80), while Ian Martin and Matthew Redman each carded a +11 (82) to secure shares of 29th. Jacob Lotz rounded out the Penn State Harrisburg contingency by nabbing a share of 32nd place after shooting a +12 (83).

 

Weather permitting, the Lions are scheduled to return to action on Saturday morning at the Dickinson Invite at the Carlisle Barracks Golf Club.
