CARLISLE, Pa. – Penn State Harrisburg's men's golf team opened the 2021-22 season at the Dickinson Invitational at the Carlisle Barracks Golf Course in Carlisle, Pa. on Saturday morning, Sept. 18. Led by Joshua Africa's record-breaking seventh-place individual finish, the Lions secured a sixth-place finish out of 13 competing teams.

Africa shot a -2, 70 to match the program's all-time low score, originally set by Keith Miller in 2016, and earn a share of seventh-place of out 71 total competitors. Tiger Xu and Matthew Redman posted identical +2, 74 scores to each clinch a share of 23rd place. Ian Martin's +6, 78 completed Penn State Harrisburg's scoring contingency and was good enough to earn a share of 45th place.
