Lions Take Ninth At Susquehanna Spring Invitational

Hummels Wharf, Pa. – The Penn State Harrisburg Golf traveled to Susquehanna Valley Country Club taking part in the Susquehanna Spring Invitational. The Lions finished 9th of 11 teams with a two day score of 692 (+132) on the par 70 course.

The Blue & White's top finisher was Luke Ehler, who shot a 78 (+8) on Sunday to finish 29th overall. Andrew Fink finished in a tie for 40th place, posting a 173 (+33) for the tournament. Josh Swartz finished in a tie for 51st recording a 183 (+43). Right behind him for the Lions was Garrett Kensky who shot a 184 (+44).

Rosemont College captured the team title with a low score of 606 (+46) with Mike Lange and Hunter Mickatavage of Rosemont tying for first place with a score of 148 (+8).

The golf team will return to action April 13-14 when they travel to the Downingtown Country Club for a tournament hosted by Rosemont College.
