KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Penn State Harrisburg men's basketball player Donyae Baylor-Carroll has been named to the 2024 NABC – Reese's Division III College All-Star Game.
The event will take place on Saturday, March 16 at 12:30 p.m. at Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Ind. The Division III All-Star Game, held in conjunction with the 2024 NCAA Division III Men's Basketball Championship, features the top senior talent across Division III.
Former Wooster head coach Steve Moore and former Marymount (Va.) and Frostburg State head coach Webb Hatch will serve as coaches for the two all-star teams.

Baylor-Carroll turned in an historic senior campaign, averaging 18.6 points, 5.2 assists, four rebounds, and 3.5 steals per game. He was recently named the United East Volt Division Player of the Year and the United East Volt Division Defensive Player of the Year for his efforts. He also earned all-conference first-team honors for the third time in his career.
In addition to his offensive prowess, the versatile guard was also stellar on the defensive end, leading the nation in steals per game and total steals (105). The Harrisburg, Pa. native also ranked eighth in the country in total assists (155) and 24th in total points (557). Earlier this month, the sharpshooter sealed Penn State Harrisburg's thrilling NCAA Tournament victory over Hood when he buried the game-winning jump shot with 36 seconds to play. The team captain recorded three double-doubles this season and was named the United East Championship Tournament MVP after averaging 29.3 points, 7.7 rebounds, 6.7 assists, and 6.3 steals across three playoff victories. He was twice named to the D3hoops.com National Team of the Week and earned eight United East Volt Division Player of the Week plaudits, including four offensive player of the week honors and four defensive player of the week accolades.
Earlier this winter, Baylor-Carroll became the program's all-time leading scorer (1,973 points). He also holds program records for 3-point field goals (352) and steals (261). One of the most productive players of his era, he finished his career as the NCAA Division III active 3-point leader while ranking second in steals, third in assists (474), fourth in points, and sixth in free throws (417).
