MIDDLETOWN, Pa. - No. 14 Penn State Harrisburg earned an at-large bid to the upcoming NCAA Division III Baseball Championship Tournament and was selected as a host for one of this weekend's 16 Regional Round sites from May 17-19.

The Lions (34-9) are joined in the region by No. 22/24 Randolph-Macon (28-13), (RV) Elizabethtown (31-12), and Bridgewater State (26-14). Penn State Harrisburg and Bridgewater State open regional play on Friday morning at 10 a.m., with RMC and Etown set to follow at 1:30 p.m. on Friday afternoon.

Penn State Harrisburg earned an at-large bid to NCAAs after capturing the United East Volt Division Championship and finishing as the conference's overall runner-up. This season, the Lions matched the single-season program record for wins and earned a national ranking in both the ABCA and D3baseball.com/NCBWA Polls for the first time in program history. Penn State Harrisburg is making its fifth straight NCAA appearance and sixth overall, while earning regional hosting duties for the second straight spring.

Randolph-Macon is making its eighth NCAA appearance overall and second in a row. The nationally-ranked Yellow Jackets earned an at-large bid after tallying 28 wins and advancing to the second day of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Tournament. Randolph-Macon has had plenty of success in regional action, including winning a Regional Championship and advancing to the Division III College World Series in 2018.

It's a quick trip for Elizabethtown to Middletown for regional play, as the Blue Jays earned an at-large bid to NCAAs this season thanks to a second straight 30-plus win campaign and a Landmark Conference runner-up finish. Etown is receiving votes in the latest ABCA Coaches Poll and will make its 14th appearance in NCAA play this weekend, including a third consecutive appearance in regional action.

Bridgewater State earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament by securing a third straight Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Championship over the weekend. The Bears are making their third consecutive NCAA appearance and their 17th in program history. No stranger to the big stage, Bridgewater captured a pair of Regional Titles in 1996 and 1997 to earn back-to-back Division III College World Series appearances.
