LATHAM, N.Y. - Five Penn State Harrisburg student-athletes have been named to the United East All-Sportsmanship Team for their respective sports.
Sydney Hemler (women's soccer), Abagail Marquardt (women's cross country), Megan Morris (women's volleyball), Luke Myers (men's soccer), and Nick Spohn (men's cross country) were recognized by the conference for the example they set forth for their programs during the fall campaign.
The United East All-Sportsmanship Team recognizes student-athletes who epitomize the ideals of sportsmanship. Student-athletes selected to the all-sportsmanship team demonstrate fair play, graciousness in victory, and respectfulness in defeat. Each individual has been chosen by their coach as a representative who embodies the Division III spirit.
