La Crosse, WI- Regional Athletes and Coaches of the Year for the 2018 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field season were announced Tuesday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). Penn State Harrisburg's Sarah Lehman was selected as the Mid-East Region Women's Field Athlete Of The Year by the Association. 

Lehman, a freshman from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, was the CAC Rookie of the Year after winning a league title in the triple jump while placing second in the long jump. Her season-best triple jump mark of 11.96m (39-3) ranked eighth nationally, while her long jump mark of 5.72m (18-9¼) sat 19th nationally.
