LEBANON, Pa. – Penn State Harrisburg's men's and women's cross country teams wrapped up their regular seasons at Lebanon Valley's Last Chance Run Fast Invitational at Union Canal Tunnel Park in Lebanon, Pa. on Friday evening, Oct. 22.

Sam Bishop turned in a stellar performance for the men's squad, finishing 30th out of 102 total competitors thanks to his time of 28:05.8. His 8K effort was strong enough to rank him second all-time in program history.

Mohammed Sakayl earned a 48th-place finish behind a jaunt of 29:13.4, while Dillan O'Shell's effort of 30:42.1 was good enough to clinch 64th overall. Luke Culver, Steven Painter, Kaiden Braught, and Nick Spohn rounded out the Penn State Harrisburg group of runners.

On the women's side, it was Abagail Marquardt leading the way, with her run of 30:16.9 in the 6K event proving strong enough to secure 63rd-place out of 80 total runners. Madison Parks, Dessire Amaya, and Leah Gray made up the rest of the Penn State Harrisburg contingency on Friday afternoon.

With the regular season in the books for the Lions, they'll turn their attention to next weekend's United East Championships hosted by Penn State Abington on Saturday morning, Oct. 29.
