Penn State Harrisburg Lands Two on CAC 1st Team

Freshmen Jalil Clayton and Ashley Williams where named to the 2016 All-CAC 1st team for Indoor Track and Field.

Clayton made history for the Lions at the championship meet, securing the program's first-ever individual men's indoor title with a first-place finish in the high jump. Clayton won the event by jumping 1.93 meters (6'4") beating out eight other jumpers for the title.

Williams also made history at the championship, securing the Lions' first-ever CAC track & field gold on the women's side by winning the 60-meter hurdles. Williams out ran the 15 other runners at the Championship beating everyone by .11 seconds with a time of 9.03 seconds and now holds the 19th fastest time in the nation.

Both will look to improve their standing national when they compete at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Indoor Track and Field Championships on March 4th and 5th
