LANCASTER, Pa. - Penn State Harrisburg's men's basketball team suffered its first conference loss of the year in the regular season finale on Wednesday night, Feb. 14. The Lions dropped a 71-65 decision to their United East rivals from Lancaster Bible to end the team's recent 10-game win streak.

Nate Curry recorded his eighth double-double of the season with 13 points and a game-high 13 rebounds, while Lance Douglas netted a team-high 15 points. Isaiah Milien and Isaiah Eggleston scored 11 points apiece and Donyae Baylor-Carroll was the fifth player to reach double figures with 10 points.

Leading by as many as 11 points early in the first half, Penn State Harrisburg (21-4, 11-1 United East) watched its double-digit lead evaporate during over an 11-minute span that saw the Chargers (16-9, 10-2 United East) outscore the visitors 22-11. The Lions went scoreless for nearly four minutes and Lancaster Bible pulled ahead for the first time since the opening minutes thanks to a Connor Storr layup that made it 56-54 with 6:09 remaining.

The home team put together a 6-2 run over the next minute and a half and despite the Lions cutting the deficit to one possession on three separate occasions in the final 2:45, they were never able to convert the equalizer down the stretch, as the Chargers converted four free throws in the final minute to put it away.

In the first half, Penn State Harrisburg led by 10 as late as the 6:14 mark following a pair of Milien free throws before taking a 38-30 advantage into the break.
