LATHAM, N.Y. - Thanks to his efforts on both ends of the floor in a pair of victories last week, Penn State Harrisburg men's basketball player Donyae Baylor-Carroll swept the United East Volt Division weekly awards, as he was named both the conference's offensive and defensive player of the week.

The most-recent accolades are Baylor-Carroll's fourth and fifth conference weekly awards of the season. He was twice named the league's defensive player of the week in November before earning offensive player of the week honors last month.

Baylor-Carroll began the week by pouring in a game-high 31 points to go along with nine rebounds, five assists, five steals, and a block in a victory over Muhlenberg on Wednesday night. The senior followed it up by matching a game-high 20 points in a win over Penn State Berks on Saturday afternoon, during which he became Penn State Harrisburg's all-time leading scorer with 1,716 career points and counting. The crafty guard added six steals, three assists, and three boards in the win over the weekend. For the week, the Harrisburg, Pa. native averaged 25.5 points, six rebounds, 5.5 steals, and four assists per game while knocking down eight 3-pointers and going 15-of-16 from the foul line.

The Lions (13-3, 3-0 United East) return to action at conference foe Penn State Abington on Saturday afternoon, Jan. 13.
