Baylor-Carroll Named Conference POTW

LATHAM, N.Y. – Thanks to his strong play over the weekend, Penn State Harrisburg's Donyae Baylor-Carroll has been named the North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) Men's Basketball Player of the Week.

 

The sophomore flirted with a double-double in a win over Immaculata on Wednesday night, netting 10 points and dishing out eight assists to go along with five rebounds and two steals. The guard followed it up with a game-high 25 points in a victory over Haverford on Saturday afternoon. Baylor-Carroll knocked down six 3-pointers, grabbed five boards and recorded five assists in handing the Fords their first loss of the season. For the week, the Harrisburg, Pa. native averaged 17.5 points per game and shot 53.3-percent from beyond the arc. He was a perfect 9-for-9 from the charity stripe and averaged 6.5 assists and five rebounds per contest.

 

Baylor-Carroll and the rest of the Lions (3-1) return to action at Washington College on Saturday afternoon, Nov. 23.
