Newport News, VA.- The Penn State Harrisburg men's basketball team struggled on the road this afternoon as they faced the number-three ranked Christopher Newport Captains. The Lion's posted a solid first half effort before the home team pulled away in the second half to win 75-47.

-Jazmon Harris got things started early for the Blue and White with their first three pointer of the day only 20 seconds into the match. Dante Brown added three buckets in a row with 12 minutes to go in the first half to tie the game up at 12-12

-The Captains and Lion's were tied at 16-16 before the home team went on a 17-9 run before the half to lead 33-25

-Penn State Harrisburg struggled in the second half offensively as CNU ended up out-scoring Harrisburg 42-22

-Derek Coleman came through for the Lion's with 14 points and 2 rebounds. Khalil White came off the bench with 9 points and 3 rebounds
