MIDDLETOWN, PA - Penn State Harrisburg will host the 2009-10 North Eastern Athletic Conference Men´s Basketball Tournament. This three day event will start at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, February 26th when the hosting third seeded Nittany Lions faceoff against rival sixth seed Penn State Berks at the Capital Union Building.
In their regular season matchups, Penn State Harrisburg defeated Penn State Berks, 92-73 on January 16th on the road and again at home, 91-75 on February 17th.
The Nittany Lions finished the regular season with a school record 15 wins, placing first in steals, three-point field goal percentage and turnover margin, as well as placing second in scoring offense, free throw percentage, blocked shots, assists and assist to turnover ratio among conference opponents.
