TUCSON, Ariz. – Penn State Harrisburg's baseball team is ranked No. 34 in the 2023 Collegiate Baseball NCAA Division III Preseason Poll. This is the fourth year in a row the program has secured a preseason national ranking from the publication.

Penn State Harrisburg earned 194 total points in the rankings, good enough to capture a spot in the publication's annual preseason top-40 poll for the fourth consecutive season. The Lions are coming off a 2022 campaign that saw them win 30 games for the third time in four years, capture the program's third conference championship, and make their fourth trip to the NCAA Tournament. Penn State Harrisburg finished the spring receiving votes in the final Collegiate Baseball American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) National Poll of the season.

This spring, the Lions are set to face six nationally-ranked teams and squads receiving votes in the Collegiate Baseball Preseason Poll in No. 1 Salisbury, No. 11 Arcadia, No. 12 Rowan, No. 24 Shenandoah, No. 30 Christopher Newport, and York (Pa.) (RV).

Penn State Harrisburg will open the 2023 season with a four-game weekend series at Ferrum beginning on Saturday afternoon, Feb. 25.
