MIDDLETOWN, Pa. - On Tuesday, Jan. 17, renowned leadership coach Donna Fishter will return to campus to speak to Penn State Harrisburg students. 

Fishter will speak at the event entitled "Finding Your Power Within" from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. in room 210 of the Capital Union Building (CUB) on Jan. 17. One of the top leadership coaches and team architects in the country and a coach for more than 25 years, Fishter was a catalyst for transforming the University of Central Florida (UCF) women's soccer program into a perennial Division I Top 25 program. The success of her teams included a national championship and Final Four appearances before she shifted away from the tactical side of the game in order to fully commit to consulting in 2013. She continues to work with other coaches, players, programs, and organizations and speaks on leadership, culture development, and personal development across the nation.
