How it Happened
Both teams came out ready for the match keeping set one close before a late run by Harrisburg gave them the set 25-22. With two sub-par hitting performances by Harrisburg and some scrappy defense by Altoona, they claimed lead back, going up 2-1. Entering set four, Penn State Harrisburg dug deep, attacking well and controlling the 4th set from start to finish forcing a deciding 5th set. After starting 4-4 early a little run pushed Altoona's lead to two, 6-8. Altoona would pull away from there going on a 7-1 run to take the 5th set and the match.
