LATHAM, N.Y. – Penn State Harrisburg's Rachael Lim has been named the North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) Women's Tennis Player of the Week.
Lim opened her collegiate career with a pair of wins in an 8-1 victory at Immaculata on Saturday afternoon, Sept. 14. The freshman combined with teammate Sydney Nye to roll to a convincing 8-1 win in the No. 1 doubles contest. In singles action, the Moonachie, N.J. native earned a 6-4, 6-3 decision in the top solo outing.
The Lions (1-0) return to action at Lebanon Valley on Thursday afternoon.
