Carlisle Pa. - The Penn State Harrisburg Women's softball team recently participated in a Special Olympics Event at the Oterbein United Methodist Church. The game was played with nerf balls and less stress than than a normal game, but their foes from the Special Olympics team did not take it easy on them either.
Rain forced the game inside, but it did not damper the fun filled event that everyone was able to take something positive out of. The players and team representatives included in the picture who attended this event: Rieley Loch, Erika Love, Jasmine Yanich, Alisha House, Danielle Ringel, Rachel Fisher, Jenny Bear, Courtney Goodburlet, Jessica Campbell, Jess Shuey, and Seth Goodyear.
