Penn State Harrisburg sophomore Joey Phifer (Union, N.J./ Union) was named the CAC Track Athlete of the Week after claiming first place in the 800 meters at the Susquehanna Orange and Maroon Classic on Saturday. Phifer crossed the line with a time of 2:00.06, which ranks atop the CAC so far this season.   Phifer accomplished this monumental feat in the Track and Field teams second ever meet.
